8 minutes to Margaret Mahy playground .
Ideally situated for easy access from the Northern Motorway.
Just 20 minutes to Christchurch International Airport.
All on one level.
This property is all on one level. Great outdoor/indoor living. Terrace off bedroom for morning coffees. Access to pool and gym. Allocated covered carpark.
The whole apartment is for your use plus the indoor swimming pool and gym.
Apartment is on the ground floor.
I do not live at the premise but am available by messaging me between 8 am and 6 pm.
