Middle Tennessee Chapel

Welcome to your serene retreat amidst nature's embrace! Nestled on our picturesque farm, this stunning chapel, adorned with exquisite stained glass windows, offers a unique rental experience for those seeking tranquility and charm.

The Hinkle Chapel was built in 2023 to honor the memory of our dear friends Clay and Charlene Hinkle and sits on 97 acres of Middle Tennessee farm land.

Enjoy the stars from the transom windows at night and the natural beauty of the hills and wildlife from the ten French door style windows that flank the North and South sides. The sun rises and shines through the large round stained glass window in the loft and sets through the stunning 14 feet tall x 8 feet wide museum quality stained glass window in the West. Both were removed from the 1911 Central Presbyterian Church of Culleoka (Tennessee) that was demolished in 2023.

This peaceful setting is only 7 miles to downtown Bell Buckle (Moon Pies and Crafts Festivals), 15 miles to Murfreesboro (Stones River National Battlefield), 18 miles to Shelbyville (Walking Horse Celebration), and 47 miles to Downtown Nashville (Country Music).

The Chapel has a full kitchen, just bring your food! There is a large table that seats 8 for dining along with a cherry, Amish built table with four chairs for card games and such. There is a full bath (shower only, no tub!) and washer and dryer.

One queen bed is on the main level. There is a loft with access by a sturdy, antique, Western Electric step ladder that has two queen beds and a magnificent view of the lower level.

Outside, the beauty of nature surrounds you with no shortage of scenic views. There is a concrete patio with a gas grill and seating to enjoy a water fountain and the peace and tranquility.

There is a 140+ year old upright piano that is playable but very out of tune!
