「While I didn’t feel like the room was dirty, it stunk with a heavy odor of microwaveable make flavored breakfast sausage. It permeated the air and made it very difficult to sleep even after I went to the store, bought Febreeze and sprayed it everywhere. My husband did ask for another room and the associate at the desk, reluctantly offered one upstairs but said it was against hotel policies since they liked to keep the guests with pets on the first floor. I truly thought the smell would...

「I honestly wouldn’t know because they couldn’t even find my reservation. Then when he did find my reservation, he told me he had no rooms that he would refund me the money. Instead of refunding me the money he ended up charging me again so after I got to where I was finally staying, I had to call them. It took me kind of getting rough for him to be able to refund both transactions.」

「The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Hot breakfast was ready on time. The pool was repaired and ready for use. The bath water was comfortable. All lights, appliances, switches, and receptacles were working. The staff was friendly and ready to assist.」

「It was clean; friendly, helpful staff. Some minor things needed some maintenance, but there were signs efforts were in progress to address them. I would stay again.」

「The lobby looks newish, but everything else is very old. Things are peeling and cracked and missing knobs, attachments, shampoo bottles should’ve been attached to the wall, but it had fallen off and still hit the attachments on them and were in the tub. It was fine, but I’ll be trying somewhere else next time.」

「Let's start with the fact that the staff were horribly disrespectful, rude, and had major misunderstandings of how you treat customers. I had an employee cuss me out, the room had roaches. Noises inside kept me up all night. The night shift staff slept behind the desk and was unavailable the whole night. Day shift desk person was disrespectful. 0/10」
