"The hotel is on the other side of the world and it's almost impossible to find taxi and nobody except for one receptions knew how to call for a taxi. And for our way back from our tours none of the taxis knew where the hotel was. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff tried their best but nobody speak English "

"It was a difficult property to find. Not a great option for a foreigner in Thailand. The room itself was great, although the only way we were able to find it was from our taxi driver speaking to people in the area to help us find it. "

You simply pay the staff working the front desk. Staff and cleaning crew were all friendly. The hotel is kind of 'off the beaten path', so other than a small shop across the street selling some snacks and such, you need to walk about 10 minutes to find a restaurant cooking food. "We checked in late and the staff were polite and very helpful! The hotel was clean and they offered breakfast, laundry service and bottled water every day. The hotel is located on a busy street so it’s not the quietest, but it didn’t interrupt our stay. It’s easy to get taxi’s and travel around the city. I would definitely stay here again!"
