“We had a great experience with Black Hawk. Everything was well maintained and clean with just the right amount of kitsch. There were flowers planted everywhere and other thoughtful touches. We arrived after experiencing reservation issues at another hotel and it was refreshing to have such great customer service after the first hotel failed us. I would definitely return!”

“Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.”

“I was skeptical to book here based on reviews, but had an amazing stay. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast area for dining is small and crowded, but the food was hot, replenished quickly and there was a very good variety.”

“The room was good and clean. The morning staff was on personal phone and was speaking in a different language which I dont care but at least acknowledge me. I was waiting for awhile and i just walked away as she didn't even acknowledged me. We were on the 3rd floor and the people above were stomping on the floor which sounded like they were wearing cement boots. I told the front desk and the people finally stopped at 1am. The breakfast was awful. The eggs had no taste and watery. The sausage……

“We had an amazing peaceful stay at this hotel in WD. Newly remodeled, very clean, crisp sheets, comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. The staff upfront was great. Breakfast was also good. Peaceful location away from the noisy WD downtown area but yet close to all the attractions. Literally everything was 3-8 minutes away and we loved this location. The view from our window was very nice, tall trees and nature vibes. Will definitely come back here when we visit WD again. Thank you to the……

“Window shades were see through so parking lot light shined in my face all night. Room was clean but had a heavy cleaning product odor. Towels were very thin and worn. Morning breakfast was good.”

“Our microwave was dirty. It was hard to find staff when needed. (To tell them there were no pool area towels. Twice.) The entire hotel waa very loud with large crowds and kids in the hall until midnight. Room seemed updated. Other than the microwave the room seemed clean. One hallway and elevator had trash and something sticky all over for two days. Pool area seemed ok. We used that twice. Breakfast was decent. Typical hotel breakfast with options.”

“Not the cleanest place to stay. Front desk a little helpful but never remembered to send clean towels, garbage bags, or toilet paper. We ran out of everything in our room. We didn’t even have toilet paper or towels for 2 days because the cleaning staff never brought them to our room after asking front desk several times. Walls are paper thin and kids running the and making noise all night and night.”
