「We had a great experience with Black Hawk. Everything was well maintained and clean with just the right amount of kitsch. There were flowers planted everywhere and other thoughtful touches. We arrived after experiencing reservation issues at another hotel and it was refreshing to have such great customer service after the first hotel failed us. I would definitely return!」

「Window shades were see through so parking lot light shined in my face all night. Room was clean but had a heavy cleaning product odor. Towels were very thin and worn. Morning breakfast was good.」

「Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.」

「I was skeptical to book here based on reviews, but had an amazing stay. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast area for dining is small and crowded, but the food was hot, replenished quickly and there was a very good variety.」

「The location can’t be beat, right along river walk, close to downtown dells! The amenities on the Vue property were okay small indoor pool/hot tub and outdoor pool across the street with the motel units, overall well maintained and the aloha beach facility was lovely! The room had a great view but the bathroom was absolutely tiny and not well maintained, felt like it was difficult for two people to share, would Not be good for a family for 4 adults」

「Not the cleanest place to stay. Front desk a little helpful but never remembered to send clean towels, garbage bags, or toilet paper. We ran out of everything in our room. We didn’t even have toilet paper or towels for 2 days because the cleaning staff never brought them to our room after asking front desk several times. Walls are paper thin and kids running the and making noise all night and night.」

「This location is the BEST for downtown, right off the strip. Clean pool!! Upstairs rooms facing the road are the best. Beds and pillows comfortable. They have ROKU TV..if you don't know how to use it, it's hard to get going. Not alot of extra outlets in the room. No USB ports. My only complaint is the shower...we found black hairs in tub and the tub was not draining right. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. I would definitely stay here again..」

「Room was spacious and clean and we stayed in the suite. Downfall to our room was that wifi never worked. Even after reporting it to two different staff nothing could be done after the reset their router. Staff were nice. They did call to check-in and see how are stay was going. The hot tub had what felt like sand at the bottom which was odd. Also lots of floating hair so that was gross. Our kids enjoyed the pool on the 4th floor.
