“We loved our room, which was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy working at the resort. We thought that food and beverage options were fairly priced. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
I agree with some other reviews that the pools are rather small, when compared to resorts with featured water parks, but they weren’t busy and it wasn’t the draw for us.”

“Patio door in the first room I was given didn’t lock. Front desk lady was really nice about it and got me another room. Neither room was particularly clean. Spots all over the walls. Held all the towels up to try and find one without some kind of spot or stain. I was tired and eventually just settled on the lesser of evils. Probably just the time of year, but HVAC unit smelled and bothered my sinuses. Again, these things do need to burn off junk when they go to heat mode, but think it was also……

“The resort is dirty. There was a strange smell in the room. The air conditioner was very noisy. The room is different from the photos. When the door was opened, many flies flew into the room. Flying around, we couldn't sleep at night. The service of the resort staff is very good. Ask the staff if you can reduce the one-night stay and refund the money. At that time, it was ok. After the trip, I called the resort to ask how to refund the money. The staff said that the money was not refunded. This……
