「This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. In the dells period just to try to save a buck. I stayed at some of the other cheap hotels in the dells, and this was by far the dirtiest most rundown. 「As always, Fairmont Inns, are clean and nicely appointed. The issue we had was with the front desk and housekeeping. There was an accident on our second night and we needed one of the beds sheets changed. The woman at the desk said that it was a firm rule that housekeeping could only clean a room every three days. We had no issue with that, we did not want our room cleaned. We just needed one of the beds to have clean sheets because it was soiled and unsanitary to sleep in. The woman at the...

「The property is absolutely stunning!! I was so impressed! Very clean, I’ve stayed at many of the resorts in the Dells in the past, and moving forward, I would always choose to stay here. I’ve stayed at resorts nationwide and worldwide, and Taylor at the front desk is truly the sweetest person to ever check my family and me in. She made such a great first impression and made us feel so at home during our stay, which really added to that familiar, friendly Midwest Wisconsin feel.」

「Very clean hotel. Our room had some drainage near the ceiling as if a past guest had a carbonated dark beverage explode and get all over the wall. This may have been unnoticed by housekeeping. Otherwise very clean. The vent in our bathroom didn’t work so it ended up a bit humid in the room. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast of egg, potatoes and turkey sausage. Cereal, oatmeal packets, fruits and muffins were a nice option! Overall would stay again!」
