People don't come here for the nice motel rooms. They come here for the complementary access to many things: the large inflatable water park, the zoo, the other motel facilities owned by Natura. And of course close proximity to everything else that the Dells has to offer. It's not Mt. Olympus, but we had a fun time without all the crowds.

The outdoor lagoon, playground mini natural waterpark were perfect for our 5 year old. We stayed in a comfortable room with a unique bunk bed which she loved. The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were nice to have onsite but need some upkeep. Overall, it was a great stay in a convenient location.

Everything was good but the actual areas are a lot smaller than the images show (lagoon, tree climbing) . The location was perfect and the tree house and bathrooms were clean. My kids had a great time!

The rooms and beds were very comfortable however our room had a leaky toilet that would drip all day and night. They keep switching the time for the outdoor pools. Would always close earlier than expected. Even the big land opened later than it was supposed to.

They should be clear that these properties do NOT have indoor plumbing. The shared bathhouse it was horribly maintained. It was filthy and reeked of urine. The cabins themselves were cute, but very simple. Like 2x4s and plywood with beds. Also note, check in is 4 but the water park closes at 6:30 so not much time for family fun. On the upside it came with water park and wildlife park passes. Those were both very fun and almost made it worth the disgusting bathrooms and lack of amenities.

We enjoyed the onsite lagoons, inflatables and park. The rooms have been renovated since we last stayed and were nicer. Only issue we ran into was there was only one ice machine for the building and it did not work throughout our stay. Talked to an employee who informed me it was out of order (no signage) and we could use one in the building across the street. Most of all we enjoyed the included Land of Natura Park included with our room.
