This is one of the best places to stay in the Dells, particularly if you’re not into the water slide scene. Clean, reasonable, right by the river walk. Fairly quiet, but close to the Main Street.

Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.

Elderly buildings, but rustic charm and elaborate woodwork on the outside verandas. Very nice pool, probably the favorite amenity for most guests. Maybe some staffing problems - couldn't find the desk clerk to check in for about 15 minutes, and there were no towels whatsoever supplied in my room. When I pointed that out at the desk, that was quickly corrected. Continental breakfast featured a wide selection of foods, but I didn't see anyone around to attend to the dining room. Great location, across the street from the River Walk Pub and only a few blocks from either the Wisconsin River or, in the other direction, the downtown entertainment and shopping area. I'd stay there again.

Booked with Expedia, it was advertised as a brd and breakfast. When we got there we were put into a motel portion of the the facility. It was never stated that it was a motel. After searching online only the Inns personal website mentioned being a motel, which also had not one single photo of a motel, all photos were of B&B. Ok not the worst, location was good for our event we were going too. Office attendant was nice, but was in n out throughout our 2 day stay and had to call a phone number to reach someone if needed. Get into the room and it was your normal low budget motel. Room was fairly clean. Minimal amenities. Bed was hard as a rock, so both my wife and didn't not sleep well and had back pain in the morning. I guess the worst part of the room was the bathroom door was literally falling off the hinges, so slightly difficult to close. Tub had hair and black residue from previous stay. The night stand outlets literally pulled out when unplugging our stuff. Only one outlet actually worked. Overall, like stated, low budget motel. So if that's what you are looking for, more power to you. Just upset it was advertised as B&B and then got a motel. Will definitely search better next time. Get what you pay for.

We’ve stayed here last Labor Day weekend and loved it so much that we came back again! The staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, the accommodations are unique, and you can’t beat it, it’s blocks from the action packed main street
