We love our stays at Club Wydham Glacier Canyon. The room is the perfect set up for our family of 5. Water parks are easy to walk to. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean facilities.

Good except the timeshare.

Front desk staff amazing. The downfall was no where in the booking did it mention timeshare presentation. Got hit with that when getting water park bracelets. Took a deposit for the timeshare meeting so I’m sure I forfeited that and who knows if any penalties coming for skipping it as far as room rate. Other than that it would have been excellent but I didn’t sign up to go to a timeshare presentation and didn’t appreciate being cornered into it t and billed for it as a well

We went during spring break. Not many restaurants open. The main water park isn’t open daily. The room was comfortable and had all of the amenities of home. LOTS of walking but you can get where you need to be without going outside.

Quick family trip

We were there for a short family get together. The room was perfect for my family. Very spacious, my kids had their own room & bathroom. Great Master suite with jacuzzi tub and separate bathroom with shower. Great amenities, just wish we could have stayed there longer!

Condo was roomy and had good amenities. Beds were comfortable. Only complaints are you can hear a lot of what is going on above you if you are on the 2nd floor. The other that the check-in process seemed a little tedious and even though I had changed reservation name before I arrived we still had to do it again. Overall would recommend if you are staying with a larger group.

All in all it was a good stay. There is an offer for a presentation and Resort cash which we knew about this going into it but we took it anyway. On the morning of checkout we did the presentation and it went longer than expected and a little bit awkward and tense at the end because essentially they are going to try to sell you a timeshare for an extreme amount of money and monthly maintenance fees with terrible interest rates. This is often referred to as one of the worst financial decisions you can ever make. We said no and will continue to do so and if they want to continue to incentivize with $175 worth of gift cards and Resort cash which we used to eat out and do other activities that is on them not us. Overall though we think Wilderness is the best option in the Dells and really enjoyed the two bedroom condo unit at the lodge.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I overall enjoyed myself and the amenities offered. The area has a lot of things around it (food and activities). The downside was that I was not able to check in until 40 minutes after check in time due to them cleaning and they wouldn't even give me an estimate of when the room would be ready and offered no remedy. Also, check out time on here says 11am but the hotel said it was 10am. Another thing I didn't like was when I asked for more towel cards the woman at the front desk asked me so many questions and lectured me on how the towel cards work for an unnecessary amount of time before just giving them to me and she did the same when it came to getting extra towels.

A few items under tables/nightstands from previous stay. Otherwise, room was clean. Waterparks were great! Highly recommend getting the Unlimited Fun Pass for the additional activities on site. Looking forward to staying in the summer months when outdoor activities are available as well.
