The location was perfect! Not too far from the downtown attractions. Nice beach and picnic area. Very clean! Loved the kitchenette. So much better than a hotel. Will definitely come back again!

The room was great for our family during off season travel! When managing food allergies, having an affordable, clean, and well stocked kitchen area is essential. The hotel had everything we needed plus was fun for the kids. They loved the beach volleyball area, the indoor pool (with water slide!!), the arcade, and if the water was warmer we would've been kayaking. It's close to everything and wasn't nickle-and-diming us like the Waterpark resorts. I am still giving it 5 stars but I will warn that the bed right beside the a/c unit was uncomfortable and the cold air blowing right in our faces was less than ideal

Great setting on the lake with nice beach, pools, etc. kayaking was great and we love that the pool is open late. Rooms are decent (this is not a fancy hotel, think more rustic nice), recommend a lake view room. The kitchenette rooms have a full size fridge. Overall our family (wife and 2 boys 8-11) have enjoyed the last few years. Very close to all the Dells action.

Patio door in the first room I was given didn’t lock. Front desk lady was really nice about it and got me another room. Neither room was particularly clean. Spots all over the walls. Held all the towels up to try and find one without some kind of spot or stain. I was tired and eventually just settled on the lesser of evils. Probably just the time of year, but HVAC unit smelled and bothered my sinuses. Again, these things do need to burn off junk when they go to heat mode, but think it was also pulling in some dust from outside. The lake is nice, and there are chairs, little grills and picnic tables outside. Personally, I’d rather stay at a newer hotel and have a cleaner room with free breakfast though.

Lake view rooms with balconies were very nice, but the walkouts to the beach are better. Used the paddle board, but beach is very small with a boat dock and pontoon taking up most of the shallow swimming area. The resort is pet friendly but you can’t bring your dog to the beach area, which was a real bummer. Rooms were clean and remodeled.

Very nice to be off the beaten path Of course, with the holiday weekend coming up ( we were not staying ) it became loud and crowded. Always a good stay otherwise during summer and fall.

The property is fantastic! Beautiful and huge sand beach. Plenty of lounges on beach and around pool. Also an indoor pool, large jacuzzi and sauna. Free use of kayaks, campfire and live singalong each night. The room was a bit small for 3 adults. Especially the bathroom. No counter space for cosmetics, etc. Only two plastic chairs on balcony, and no 'comfy' chairs in room to relax. Beds were very firm and 'bouncy.' Not terribly comfortable. All in all, we would stay there again, but would get a room away from main building, as it got noisy with lots of children on playground, beach and around pool.

Quiet in the DELLS is hard to find but this was perfect. Busy with families and groups but very family oriented and peaceful. The rooms are the ultimate quiet. We never heard a neighbor or doors slamming or kids running. We will stay again

We had a lakeside kitchenette, with 2 queen beds. The view of the lake was beautiful. The pool looked like fun but we didn’t have time for it. Fishing was ok, a couple small bluegills caught on worms. For the price, you can’t beat this place. Our kitchenette had everything we needed except the food, pots, pans, utensils etc. very close to all the action that the Dells have to offer. Definitely worth it and will be coming back again.
