“Lucia was very kind and she made us feel welcome from the very beginning, she made sure we had everything we needed, recommended near by restaurants, and in the morning she made sure we enjoyed breakfast before we left every day! The property is gorgeous and very spacious! Did i mention heated floors!! The view from the balcony! I can go on all day about how much we enjoyed our stay! Overall great experience! Lovely place! “All the photos on Expedia look super modern yet our room looked like the 1960's. Staff very rude and did not speak very much english until we got upset then it was perfect. On the website they talk about a hottub and sauna yet it was an extra charge.
We stayed 1 night of a 4 night stay then we decided to leave knowing we would not get a refund.
In our 16 days in Italy for the Olympics this was the only bad place we stayed.”
