"We enjoyed our stay at the Villa, with a few caveats. First of all, I must say how exceptional the staff is. Extremely kind and helpful. The property itself is very well set up and well maintained. It is quite compact, with lots to do in a rather small space. The only thing we were disappointed about was the lack of dining options. There is no food at all at the property, not even breakfast or vending machines. The area around the hotel is not very walkable at all (no sidewalks, fast traffic) and there's only one restaurant within walking distance. You'd think that's ok for a couple of days, but after finding 4 dead flies in the food there (always left open with lots of bugs flying around), we could not go back. So the only option left would have been to order food, but we could not sign up to the local food delivery apps, since they required a working brazilian phone number, which we didn't have. And there's no Uber Eats in Brazil. All in all, the place itself is good, but you have to come with a car or with iFood pre-installed on your phone, and either way, you won't be able to eat only delivered food for too many days in a row. It's a shame they don't provide at least breakfast!"

"Pros: Bom café da manhã e piscina. Quartos espaçosos e reformados. Contras: o atendimento deixou bastante a desejar. Em todos os setores do hotel havia pelo menos um funcionário que claramente não sabia lidar com o público e estava trabalhando de mau humor. Incluindo a gerente da recepção que respondeu a nosso pedido de extensão do horário de checkout com soberba e ironia, embora outros hóspedes que tinham fechado pacotes tivessem a oportunidade de ficar até as 16h. Um outro problema que tivemos foi com o time de recreação que usou microfone em uma atividade na região da piscina e o volume estava altíssimo, assustando crianças pequenas e uma bebê. Quando pedimos que o volume fosse abaixado, a monitora nos informou que se estávamos nos sentindo incomodados, que saíssemos da piscina, pois ela não iria atender ao nosso pedido já que ali era uma área pública. Nós sentimos bastante desrespeitados, pois outros hóspedes também estavam incomodados e tentando relaxar na piscina. Pagamos para usar aquela área assim como os outros hóspedes e não fomos previamente informados da programação e de que haveria a utilização irresponsável de microfone na principal área de lazer do hotel. Outro problema foi com a manutenção das dependências do hotel. O elevador parou de funcionar diversas vezes, o ralo do chuveiro e o vaso sanitário estavam entupidos e foi necessário chamar o time de manutenção. No outro quarto tiveram o mesmo problema com o ralo entupindo e água transbordando. "
