"Hospitality is incredible , such kind people , very convenient if you’re trying to bounce between places like Milan and Como best decision I made"

"Terrible hotel. My mattress was old, and I ended up sleeping while sliding into a concave dip in the middle of it. The towels were awful. I requested the “to go” breakfast for 5 AM (as suggested by a sign at the reception), since I would be leaving before the hotel’s breakfast service started, but there was no breakfast box waiting for me. On top of that, the room’s light switches didn’t work properly and I had to sleep with the lights on. A total nightmare."
