“If you have a relative staying at hopital Enfant Jesus and you don't have transportation available, this is the place to stay. Just across the street from the hospital, lots of food options at a walking distance. You can also have free street parking overnight until 10am during weekdays or during the whole day on Sunday. The hospital parking lot only charges $11/day which is still cheaper than most downtown options.”

“Old Quebec is very walkable - it was great to have this hotel so handy to the centre of town but away from noise. Everything is freshly painted and in top condition, super clean in all respects. Staff were incredibly helpful with information in advance and upon arrival. It was one if the few hotels in the area that offered an all day reception. The only drawback for some is, in the common French hotel style, there is no elevator - so reserve a lower floor room if stairs are and issue. I would……

“I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.”

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……
