"We visit the area a lot to see family so I've stayed in quite a few rentals here. This is my first time at this property and I would stay again. Looks just like the listing. I appreciate the simple layout for our needs. 3 bedrooms meant we were comfortable at night. I thought the one king bed was pretty soft and the other firm; both comfy just think that's helpful to some to know. The living area and kitchen/dining space aren't huge but again you should know that from the pictures and it worked...

"Gorgeous location on the Great Wicomico!! Beautiful home with both a rustic feel and lovely modern additions. We brought our boat and the cove on Cole’s Creek was well protected with deep water. Property grounds were so nice, lots of space, and gorgeous view! The owner was super supportive and very helpful with recommendations in the area. Highly recommend!!"

"Sip Into Sunset was a wonderful getaway! The cottage is well-stocked with just about everything you could imagine needing (except ice- bring that!) and the sunsets were *amazing*! The list of "favorite features" includes fenced yard for dogs, well-stocked kitchen and bar, comfy beds, lots of great places to hang out and enjoy the view- dock, screened porch, sunroom. "Cannot beat this location. The private beach was just incredible. We came with two dogs who enjoyed going for a swim each morning. The kids loved hanging out on the beach all day. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. When we arrived the first night the lights were on and music was gently playing. Thoughtful touches that were very much appreciated. We could not have hoped for a better experience."

"Great place to unwind, relax, spend quality with the family. Bill’s “Rivah house” was clean and has all the essentials we needed for a great weekend. "So much fun to stay in a 1917 farm house. Unfortunately didn’t appear haunted but we did have a mouse visit last night. We probably should have anticipated that in a farm house & put our snacks away better. Loved the view, the hot tub, firepit, the very comfortable beds, the veranda/sunroom, etc. We would’ve made use of the kayaks had the weekend not been a total rainout. We did make good use of the rain boots for a beautiful walk. Perfect getaway location."

"Memorial Day weekend my family and I wanted to get away and recharge. We have four children ranging from 16 - 6 y/o and 2 dogs. This rental property was perfect for us! When we were not at Hughlett Point Beach or Compass Entertainment Center, the children enjoyed the garage with darts, foosball and basketball. We be played games at night and enjoyed the morning sun out back. My husband and I were able to walk our dogs with ease and got to explore the neighborhood. I would recommend this property...
