“Cozy, clean and well located, short walk to Charlotte Lake Ontario Park. Great area for dog walking with views of lake. Rental was on second floor. Windows on three sides made it very bright. Small but layout and furnishing were attractive and well thought out. Generous sized kitchen. Helpful but unobtrusive host. I'm looking forward to staying again.”

“This property is super charming, and the listing is exact. Although the surrounding area may seem sketchy, it truly isn't. This apartment is located in a historical front of Rochester where multicultural elements are presented. The area is extremely quiet to be so close to the downtown area and Nick Tahou Hots is literally within walking distance. Rochester garbage plates, yum yum! The master room has a super firm, but comfortable mattress with a white noise speaker available to help ease you……

“It was perfect for our stay to visit our son at Elim Bible Institute and College. The property was surprisingly was quaint and quiet! We never heard any of the activities that went on through the movies or the flea market traffic! We actually enjoyed a stroll through all the hubbub. The place felt brand new and everything we needed.”

“Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house.”

“Three generations stayed here while visiting Rochester family. The space was comfortable and convenient. Off street parking available for three cars. Location only blocks away from a nice walking park and also a smoothie place down the street at the corner. Convenient to downtown but quiet and tree lined. Highly recommended.”

“Leslie’s house was exactly what we were looking for on our summer vacation. It’s beautifully situation right on Lake Ontario with stunning views. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but with easy access to major highways into Rochester or over to Niagara Falls. Leslie thinks of everything that you might need while on vacation and then some. Extra bathroom amenities if you forget your own, welcome snacks, a bottle of wine and a great Kuerig coffee selection. Great kitchen……
