"Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR."

"Beautiful place for a family vacation. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Good central location made it easy for us to enjoy activities from Rincon to Fajardo. Check in was a breeze. We were promptly greeted, given the keys and a tour. Beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean and in good working order.We spent the majority of our time in the backyard and patio. Good pool but a bit difficult to get out of. "We have visited several hotels in Puerto Rico and this is by far the best one. The pool area and activities within it were awesome! The beach area was absolutely beautiful and the staff made sure that everyone had chairs and umbrellas. The onsite beachside restaurant was great as well. There was no need to leave the resort! Highly recommend! 🏝️"

"I had some issues with my first room, but I was able to talk to the house keeping supervisor and she was able to accommodate us ina wonderful room so god bless her very professional and knowledgeable, but the front desk staff no hospitality training, unprofessional at one point around 8 pm i call the front desk and no one answered the phone today i tried to make a review and the young lady in the front desk don't know how to answer the phone and refuse to identify her self and kept me on the phone for half a hour around 9.53 pm October 2 2025 it not hard to find out who she was who ever is her supervisor, so for house keeping i give them 10 stars for front desk and hospitality training - 10 🌟 "

"Cuarto 301 súper limpio. El staff muy amigable. El restaurante muy delicioso. Solo recuerde que está en el centro del pueblo. Cuando llegue hacer check inn había un maratón pero tiene estacionamiento multi pisos bien cerca . La temp del cuarto está bloqueada. Tiene que bajar para pedir la temperatura deseada. "
