「Room was clean, had A/C but didn't need it, room faced the back of the building, so was very quiet. Elevator was appreciated. Bed and closet in our room are upstairs of main room. Was on the top (2nd) floor and had two skylights with motorized shades above the bed. Desk staff also work in the Vision Restaurant downstairs, which is where the buffet breakfast is available 7-10 am. Good selection of typical European breakfast items. Pastries, some stuffed with meat or vegetables, cakes, biscuits,...

「Maurizio’s apartment was spacious and well provisioned. We arrived to find water, coffee, and milk, chocolates, and nuts. There were also basic cooking provisions like oil if one wanted to cook. The check-in process was very easy. Maurizio greeted us at the apartment, showed us around and handed over the keys. He was very warm, friendly, helpful and eager to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment is located about a 20 minute walk from the Duomo. We chose a neighborhood location like this and...
