A déconseiller aux personnes qui n’aiment pas les escaliers et le bruit incessant des voisins qui jardinent(tailles haies, sécateurs électriques, etc…) l’après midi.Appartement bien équipé, propriétaires très froids.

Die Ferienwohnung selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen: sie ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und der Pool war ein echtes Highlight. Die ruhige Lage war angenehm, allerdings liegt die Wohnung etwas abseits – ein Auto ist daher unbedingt nötig. Wegen der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit musste man außerdem viel lüften.Kritik gibt es vor allem an der Ausstattung und an der Agentur: Bei Ankunft gab es nur eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier, keine Seife und gerade einmal zwei Müllbeutel. In der Küche stand außer etwas Salz nichts bereit – weder Öl, Zucker noch andere Gewürze. Bettwäsche, Handtücher sowie WLAN kosten zusätzlich, wobei es sich bei den Handtüchern nur um kleine bzw. mittlere handelte, Duschtücher gab es nicht. Auch die Rückgabe der Schlüssel um 10 Uhr am Abreisetag in einem 15–20 Minuten entfernten Büro empfanden wir als unpraktisch.Insgesamt: Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön und empfehlenswert, die Betreuung durch die Agentur jedoch eher mittelmäßig.

Schöne Wohnung in traumhafter Umgebung
Die Gegend ist einmalig. Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht am Meer, man erreicht allerdings Meer, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Stadt, Spanien etc. sehr schnell. Die Wohung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Dadurch dass sie im Untergeschoss liegt, ist sie etwas feucht, was aber an heißen Sommertagen eher angenehm kühl wirkt. Der Pool sehr sauber. Die Besitzer wohnen zwar oben, sind aber sehr zuvorkommend und rücksichtsvoll.
