“This was our third time staying at this apartment, and as always, it was perfect! Luca is a communicative & helpful host. We had some flight changes and he was very responsive via WhatsApp. Location near to Porta Nuova train station is extremely convenient, yet also very quiet. Shower: plenty of hot water & good pressure. Beautiful private rooftop patio. Kitchenette was stocked with any dishes/glasses/basics you might need. “The Residence is in a restricted traffic area, so you can't directly drive to it without a permit. Our navigation system was not able to find the address and we had to enter a different one nearby and then walk to the residence (about 500m). The rooms are very nice Italian style and the staff is very friendly, including the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was great.”
