Leading Men Hotel

"The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible and made our entire stay in Zhangjiajie so easy and memorable. We’re so glad we chose to stay here. They organized our full three-day itinerary for us, made sure we were able to see all of the biggest attractions, and even helped us get better prices on a lot of the tickets and activities. One day we had trouble getting a DiDi, and without us even having to worry about it, the staff made sure we had a ride arranged and ready for us the next morning to get to our next stop. That kind of service really stood out to us. They also recommended a show for us to see one evening, and it ended up being absolutely incredible — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Zhangjiajie itself is genuinely mind-blowing. The scenery throughout the park is unlike anything we’ve ever seen and honestly left us speechless more than once. It’s one of those places that pictures just don’t fully do justice. The only negative thing we could really mention is that the hotel itself is a little dated and could definitely use some updating in certain areas. That being said, everything was clean during our stay, and the incredible service from the staff more than made up for it. Seriously, such an amazing experience from start to finish. We couldn’t be more thankful for everything the staff did for us, and staying at this hotel made our entire Zhangjiajie trip so much better. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"I had received great service and extra help from one of the front counter host, named "Iris" at this hotel. Iris constantly survey the lobby area to see if any guest wuld need help and she tides up the front hotel area keeping it clean when she is not working at the front guest counter. When I was having eSIM and phone trouble unable to connect to connect to DiDI or Alispay, she came over and offered her help to set my phone up to correct WiFi and Data Roaming settings. She also helped me to leave my luggage at the hotel storage until I finished a mini tour in the morning of check-out. She is very kind, friendly, and accommodating. She has great attitude towards taking care of hotel guests. She deserves a 5-star review. I left the hotel happy and pleased."

"The Rooms were Fantastic , The Breakfast was Adequate , Though There is Room for Improvement. The Staff Was Very Helpful And The Laundry Was a Very Big Boon to the Hotel Guests. . It was Centrally Located to the Tianmen Cable Car and also to Shopping and Dining. Would Definitely Recommend this Property . Will Come Back For Sure."

"The staff were super helpful, offered to help with tours, they also offered to take my bags to the room. Room was spotless, they have a massage area, pool and Gym and more importantly for me a convenience store. I would definitely visit again"

"We had room 301. Amazing views but the treadmill didn't work. The room was very clean and had a nice platform to drink tea and enjoy the views. There is also a jacuzzi to enjoy. The room is very big and spacious."
