“Manager had to cancel all reservations due to some on going litigation with manager and owner of hotel. Phone service down at hotel. Arrived after driving 10+ hours for manager to tell me the situation. Manager also explained key cards are inoperable, phone and WiFi were down, and power was intermittent. She also explained (and I confirmed) that all other hotels within vicinity were booked up. I ended up booking last room available at the Angel Fire resort we were skiing out of. Was not planning……
