“The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Easy, inexpensive parking very nearby. The host was very responsive and made check-in very easy. We would easily stay here again.”

“This is our third time staying at this property, it is a great location, and we love the deck out back. Perfect for dogs too, the yard is very convenient.”

“It was a lovely old home that has been beautifully redone on the inside.”

“The pictures don’t do the property justice! It’s a beautiful home with lots of updated charm. The beds are large and comfortable in both rooms. The shower is awesome! Nothing beats that view off the balcony though! It’s absolutely stunning! The street is quiet and neighbors are kind. The location feels quiet and more secluded but it is within 10 mins of everything fun to do downtown! I would suggest parking your car there to secure a spot in front of the building and taking a Lyft……

“The condo was was excellent and location great. We had a wonderful time”

“Great parking, plenty of kitchen supplies, spacious and host was very responsive when we had a couple questions. Had no issues.”

“David and Stephanie were great hosts! Excellent communication and the property was exactly as expected. Perfect location for a weekend in OTR.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this condo in OTR! The space was super clean and accommodating. The location was perfect—we walked to bars, restaurants, Findlay Market, and all the shops along Vine Street (Gia and The Blooms!). Tiki Tiki Bang Bang is an awesome tiki bar if you're into that sort of thing—the drinks were on point and the staff was absolutely fantastic. It could have been a completely walkable experience, but we needed to drive out to various high schools and Xavier for baseball……

“Great place to stay”

“Great location!”

“This was such a beautiful and clean place! Really enjoyed the stay here! The host thought of everything and my guests from out of town were very pleased. We def want to come back and book again!”

“Why this review is asking me about vineyard I have no clue. The rental was in the city. Good location but the night life was out of control for a Thur. night, loud and late. At 4 am the garbage truck woke me up both nights.THERE IS NO PULLOUT COUCH as advertised. Used a blow up mattress and funky sheets which were sewn like a sleeping bag. No rest!!Was promised twice 150 credit for all the disturbances. Never saw on my charge nor did the owner respond after the second time I inquired.”
