Our home is in Over-the-Rhine, just steps from Findlay Market, multiple breweries, bars, restaurants and shops. You will have stunning views of the city from your balcony off the kitchen! And the University of Cincinnati and FCC soccer stadium are walking distance or a short Uber / Lyft away.
This 100 year old home was renovated in 2017 and has great views of the city on the outdoor balcony and terrace (2 levels), equipped with plenty of seating for you and your guests. This listing is for the whole house, which include 2 apartments that are fully furnished and 3 stories with 3 bedrooms, two full and one half bath, 2 full kitchens and 2 living rooms. You will also have access to laundry in both units.
Each bedroom has a (VERY comfortable) queen sized bed and full closet with hangers. You also have an ironing board and iron.
In the kitchens, you`ll have all you need to cook - including silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, pots and pans, refrigerator, oven, microwave, Keurig & coffee/tea. We also have cooking oils, salt, pepper and some spices. Please let us know in advance if there are other items you may need!
Guests have access to the entire home and property. Both doors have a Nest lock and we will provide you with a unique code.
Parking is free and on the street. You shouldn’t have any issue getting a spot!

Over-the-Rhine (OTR) is known as one of the nation`s premier historic districts with significant growth and revitalization in recent years, including the Cincinnati Bell Connector (street car), a continually growing brewery district, Washington Park, Findlay Market, and countless restaurants, bars and shops.
If you walk down the Ohio Ave steps adjacent to the property, you`ll find yourself steps away from Northern Row brewery, Skeleton Root Urban Winery, Rhinegeist Brewery, Odd Fellows Liquor Bar, Urban Axes (Axe Throwing), the street car, Findlay Market, and over 20-30 restaurants and shops.
Many places are within walking distance, you can drive your car, catch the bus, take an Uber or ride the streetcar.
We love and welcome animals! However, there is a pet fee of $50 to cover the additional cleaning necessary. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing any pets.
***PLEASE make sure you do not move things around between units (we maintain a specific inventory for each unit). If you do, please put it back to the respective unit before checkout.

----------Section 1 - Security Deposits:------------
This property has a security deposit hold collected by us via credit/debit card. It is similar to an incidentals hold that you would pay at a hotel prior to checking in. At our discretion we may waive this deposit hold. We collect this security deposit through your credit card. It is between $300 - $500 (see the listing check-out page for details). We will also collect an ID through either Airbnb or a third party software.
----------Section 2- Important House Rules (and Consequences) ------------
We strive to provide a polite request to come into compliance with our rules in the event of issues. If the request is not honored then your reservation may be terminated without refund, at our discretion.
MINIMUM-AGE FOR LOCAL BOOKERS: 23 years old. Request an exception before booking by pressing `message host` if you live locally and are under 23 years old.
SAME-DAY RESERVATIONS: If you are placing a reservation for same-day check-in, please contact us first. If you place the reservation without contacting us first then you may be denied entry, at our discretion.
CONSEQUENCES FOR THROWING PARTIES INCLUDES PROSECUTION: Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without our advance, written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. See ORC 2911.21. If you throw an unauthorized party, we may choose to press charges for criminal trespass. You and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, at our discretion. Whether behavior constitutes a party is determined at our sole discretion, but would include things like bringing extra guests into the property, people coming in and out, etc.
NOISE AND DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without our advance written consent.
SMOKING AND FLAMES NOT ALLOWED: Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else.
VIOLATING OUR RULES MAY RESULT IN RESERVATION TERMINATION: At our discretion, we may terminate your reservation for a violation of our house rules -- no matter the time of day or night. You will not be refunded and may incur additional fees.
DISHONEST OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR: Dishonest behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund, at our discretion. Abusive behavior will result in termination of your reservation without refund: yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing members of our team is considered abusive behavior.
WE RETAIN COMPLETE CONTROL OF THE PROPERTY: We reserve the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb our neighbors, or harm the reputation of our property. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party then you will be denied entry.
----------Section 4 - Additional Fees and how to Avoid Them ------------
The following may incur a fee:
1) Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.
2) Pet hair: $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet`s hair from the property.
3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher.
4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don`t do it.
5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock.
6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee which we will collect through the Airbnb resolution center.
7) Security fees: If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150.
