Unfortunately, the room I checked into had mildew growing on the wall behind the bed, and on the lampshades. It was also very dusty. The staff very kindly moved me to another room which was much better. The desk staff were all wonderful! None of the cleaning staff spoke English.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was clean. Few stains on the bedding. Some of the white wash cloths were dingy. Air was cool in the room. Pool was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Check in was great . The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. However, they didn’t have any WiFi all weekend. I was told that the owner was informed and a work order was placed but it was definitely very inconvenient.

The staff was amazing and they helped give another star to the rating. The property was not the best, pool was murky and the room was not exactly clean. Staff did the best with what they got. The breakfast was mediocre. Probably won’t stay again unless I have no other choice

This hotel floor was so filthy. I had to borrow some air refreshing spray from the housekeeper. To spray on carpet to get rid of the odor. Use my towels to dry it up and the towels were full of dirt. Told the front desk about my towels and dirt on floor they did not do anything about it. And they did not have anymore towel to give me to replace the ones I used.

They are great for just a place to sleep. Wouldn't stay for any longer then one night. Dining hall is very small. Place need so major updates around the building and in the rooms. Wasn't the cleans. I wouldn't want to bring young baby's here. The only Brightside was that the pool was very clean and well maintained. And staff was kind and helpful. Also a lot of decent parking.
