Air conditioner was very loud. Made for a very restlessness nights sleep. Traffic noice was much louder than stays we have had from other hotels in the area. Car smelt like smoke after valet parking. Very clean property, nice area, but will not stay again for reasons mentioned.

Everything and everyone was courteous and helpful except for losing my keys to my car at the valet!!!!! Valet was way too busy and a lot of confusion. I needed to be home by noon to 1 pm and didn’t arrive back to Lancaster OH until 3:45. I feel that I should have been compensated somehow!!

We had an EXCELLENT stay! It was Reds opening day in Cincinnati, and where I expected chaos, the hotel was so on top of it. The staff was the most friendly (and genuine) I have ever had at a hotel, and although they were extremely busy, were quick and efficient, AND our room was really nice, clean and comfortable. I would definitely visit again if I stay in that area.

The staff were amiable and helpful. I did have to pay for valet (in and out services) which was fine because I only had to leave once. The valet staff were nice and informative. The hotel was a 4-minute drive from the venue I needed to go to so it was convenient. I could walk downtown (within 10 minutes) to food places. I rate the hotel 3.5/5 because the room was okay aesthetically. There wasn't anything necessarily wrong with the room. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and it was okay for one night. If I had stayed longer, I would have chosen another hotel.

Sink stopper was struck and thenroom had some old nasty dirty socks.. very gross and unsettling. When you pay that for a room and the room is not up to par very disappointing. Service overall was great!

I wasn’t sure about this place based on reviews but now I’m surprised it had a lower score. Rooms and bathrooms were large, bed was comfortable. Our floor was a little dirty (they’re hardwood so easier to see dust and stuff) and we didn’t have hand soap in the bathroom but for the price compared to other downtown hotels it was totally fine.

The staff at the front desk were so great. They were very helpful and informative and very kind. They made us feel at home. The rooms were very clean and inviting. We truly enjoyed our stay and will def be back and also will recommend you to our friends and family.

The interior design of this in particular hotel was really eye catching and amazing. I loved the design. However, I had a really bad experience. I stayed there one night to celebrate New Years Eve downtown to enjoy it. That didnt go over so well. Whenever I booked my stay through hotels.com, I added the additional option to purchase food & drinks. They were supposed to give me my voucher for my meal, but didnt. I had to leave the restaurant, just to go down to the lobby to get my voucher the next day and they acted like they didnt want to give me one!! I had to basically reaffirm to them that I paid for it and i want my "voucher" ! So back to checking in. Once I got to my room, there was dirt and paint all over the floor! The bathroom faucet was not cleaned. I didn't feel comfortable at all! So, I called the front desk, which there is absolutely NO information anywhere in the room for phone services!! No number, extensions, or anything! I basically had to get on this app, hotels.com just to call the front desk because its the only source if information that was easy to find! Also, this is not my first Marriott hotel stay. Normally the TV has your information on the screen welcoming you into your stay. There was no name at first and then all of a suddden. A name that is not mine, popped up on the screen. Another issue, after i complained to front desk, they did offer me to change rooms, and i did, however, once i got into the second room, it was worse than the first.

Our New Fave Cincy Hotel

We stayed in the two story suite on the top floor. It was perfect for our family of four. Our teenagers had the privacy they like in the upstairs king room. Great view through the huge windows. Spotless clean. Comfy beds. Great location. Will definitely return.

Fire alarm went off at 9pm. Had to go down 9 flights if stairs half asleep. Turned out to be a false alarm. The staff didn't communicate anything with us. The alarm kept going off for 45 minutes then went off again about an hour later.

The ice machine on our floor, 13th, did not work and had to go to the 15th floor to get ice. I think the price is very high for what you get or don't get.

The location for attending the Bengals game could not have been better. It's an easy and quick walk down to both Stadiums (baseball and football). FANTASTIC staff. So warm and accommodating. It is still a business hotel so the room is pretty bare bones. In room coffee was bad but the café did have plenty of coffee for sale. We ran out of TP and shower soap as those were not replenished before or during our stay. One minor thing but they also don't provide lotion in the room. Not a big deal if I had remembered to pack my own. The HVAC is very loud and we could not get our room cool enough despite it being in the low 50's outside. We decided Cinci folks might just like everything indoors above 70. Overall it was pretty darn good. We would consider staying again on our next trip.

The halls smelled of smoke, the cleaning staff blares rap music, the AC never wanted to kick on in our room and when I opened a nightstand door, there was a dirty, stained rag in it. Gag me. I let the front desk staff know, but she just said she would let a manager know, this is not what an expensive hotel is supposed to be like? Highly disappointed and will not consider Marriott in the future.

The staff were great. The Bistro was open very limited hours. The room was way too expensive for the room we were in. Looked nothing like the pics drain ran slow in the shower. TV turned itself off, the ac kept resetting and it would get too warm in the room, very noisy when it did kick in. When I pay premium prices I expect premium rooms and amenities, this had neither.
