Family weekend at UC

The apartment itself was great. I had to sweep the floors when we first arrived as there was large pieces of dirt/debris in the hallway and kitchen area. Otherwise it appeared to be clean. The people above us made an excessive amount of noise the first night in the middle of the night, approx 3 am. The bedroom was very warm. As there is only a small window unit in the living space, and the temp outside was so high it made it difficult for the unit to cool the entire space. We were unable to park in the designated parking area on Saturday evening. We had to park on the street. I do appreciate the communication with the renters.
