I showed up after booking a reservation. When I arrived they told me they had no vacancy. I told them I had booked a reservation through expedia but they still told me they had no rooms available. Didn't stay.. made a reservation Wednesday for a Friday night stay.. Friday night I pulled in and tried to get my room, was notified by the lady at front desk my room had been cancelled and didn't take the time to call or notify me of anything. Then proceeded to tell me they didnt have the staffing to clean the rooms for my stay, that's was reasoning for cancelation.. so at 11 pm at night had to call around and find another hotel

Arrived after driving 4.5 hours was told by staff the hotel was fully booked and Expedia had no right selling me a room and I would have to take it up with them for refund. I then spent well over an hour with first AI that I'm assuming a supervisor AI or maybe a real person typing before I was told my card would be refunded.

I got there and the said there was no room. Omar of canceling and getting me a refund they said I have to call the third party to ask for refund. How do you accept a booking when you’re all booked? What a shame. Waste of time and drive all the way there.

I made reservations online got to the property. No one was at the desk called the phone number that was on the wall. Spoke to an individual who stated I would have to wait until the morning to check in. Mind you the ladder on the wall, stated that their hours on Saturday and Sunday or 10 PM to 6 AM. It was 11 PM and nobody was at the office. The man was rude.
