Great Stay!

Perfectly located for our trip to Cincinnati, and the Covington area itself had many options for food and drink, too. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend.

Great Place!

Nice, clean condo in great location for events in Covington, KY. Next door to Madison Event Center and across street from Hotel Covington. Would stay here again for sure.

Great Stay with a View

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute 2nd-floor apartment. The location was super convenient—easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. One of the highlights was the large viewing window that offered a great look at the city—perfect for people-watching. The space was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Location!

This gem was exactly what we needed for our weekend away! Very well stocked for visitors! Quite and beautifully decorated, as well as comfortable and clean. We enjoyed visiting the nearby restaurants for dinner and evenings on the deck. Everything we wanted to visit was just a quick drive away. We would definitely book here again for future visits.

Nice stay close to events!

We had a great stay! We actually rented the top floor and the 2nd floor to accommodate our needs and it was so nice! You can enter from both the front or back! Gorgeous ceiling height and great amenities for being such a historic area. Close to all events at the Madison and Hotel Covington! Air conditioning worked great even in the heat wave!!

Great location near the Kentucky convention center

Great location. Near alot of excellent restaurants. Walking distance to sightseeing attractions. Safe neighborhood. Very clean apartment with all amenities. Very minor but could use some hooks at the entrance for your coats and a bench.

Diamond in the rough

Apartment was clean and nice. Great location to get to other areas of Ohio/Kentucky. Neighborhood itself and parking were not the greatest. The manager was responsive when needed.

Anniversary Celebration in Covington, Ky.

Our stay in Covington at 712 Madison, was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The residence was cozy and perfect. Great location as it is within walking distance of several good places to eat. We were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to go somewhere we had never been. Loved it! Lots to see and do in the Covington, Ky/Cincinnati, OH area and everything was easily accessible. We would stay here again if back in the area, and we highly recommend this as the place to stay!! Thank you very much!

Wonderful getaway!

We were in town for a wedding and this was a wonderful place for my family! I was a little nervous when walking in to the first floor entrance because there was a cigarette smell, but that didn’t carry through into the unit at all. The unit looked just like the pictures online and the site manager was quick to reply and incredibly helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were also incredibly comfortable and we were amazed how quiet the bedrooms were in the busy area! This is a beautiful place and I’m hoping to stay again in the future!

Up and coming

It is an up and coming area with a lot to see around you. Having the bedrooms in the back is nice because you can hear everything below in front and there was music playing every night. We weren’t really bugged by it because you are staying in the city. I think blackout and noise reduction curtains would be a good option for the living room window. The place was cute and it was clean. More throws and pillowcases would be nice too but, overall it was a great space.

Great place and location

My friend and I were very impressed with the place - much more spaceous than we anticipated! I appreciate that the bedrooms were away from the main road, so it was quite quiet - even when we could hear some fun love music from the back deck, we couldn't hear anything from the bedrooms.Also, I wasn't sure what you expect with Covington as a city, but was pleasantly surprised with many fun places we could easily walk to - coffee, tacos, BBQ, gelato, boutique... And were told we were just a few blocks away from

Location of property to restaurants and other entertainment activities was great. We could walk to most everything. The property maintenance lacked maintenance of little detail items. Lightbulb in Kitchen was out. Hallway light when on flickered. Towel bar in bathroom was coming out of the wall. When checking in the chain on the front door was hooked so couldn't get in. 4 bar lights had cobwebs and were dirty. These small things you would think the cleaning person would have addressed prior to our checking in. Overall, we would use this property again.

Taylor Swift Trip

Our group needed a place to stay for the Taylor Swift show in Cincinnati and Covington was the perfect spot! Cute little town with lots of cool diner and coffee shops to check out. Also very close to downtown Cincinnati. Our apartment was clean and very close to multiple restaurants. Grand Welcome did a great job at communicating instructions and made sure we had everything we needed. Will be back to explore more of Covington and Cincinnati in the future.
