The space
This luxury home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Main floor is a large open space with living / family room, dining and kitchen. Outdoor patio dining as well as a spacious backyard with plenty of seating for outdoor entertaining.
Absolutely NO parties or events allowed.
- Primary Bedroom
It is located at the top floor. It has a Cal-King Mattress with a Master bathroom that has double vanity, bathtub and a spa like shower. It has plenty of closet space and multiple dressers.
- Second Bedroom
The same size as the primary but features 2 full size beds and plenty of closet space. It is located next to the Primary Bedroom on the top floor. High end bathroom is located inside this bedroom and has a full size shower and double vanity with chair.
- Third Bedroom
It is located in the main floor next to the living room. It has a queen size bed, office desk or vanity with chair and enough closet and drawer space. Modern bathroom with shower / tub combo is located on the same floor next to the laundry room.
- Laundry room
It is located in the main floor. It has large washer and dryer and spacious area to fold clothes. Laundry detergent and cleaning supplies located within the laundry room.
- Garage
It can fit 2 regular sized cars and has a driveway the can fit additional 2 regular sized cars. Garage entrance door goes in to the entry way on the first floor.
- Front door
It has a ring doorbell as well as smart door lock. A unique code will be provide to each guest upon check in. Front door opens to the entry way which has access to the garage and the stairs that lead to the main room. There is a closet and a bench at the entry way to leave your coats and shoes.
Guest access
Each guests will have full access to the house and backyard. There is one closet in the main room that will be locked and guests will not have access to. All dining and kitchen ware / supplies are all available for use. There is a bluetooth speaker in the living area that can connect to smart phone to play music. The speaker also has AM and FM radio settings available.
Other things to note
No visitors or guests other than those on the reservation are allowed. If there are any violations of this, the reservation will be terminated with no refunds.
No shoes inside on the carpet. Any stains will incur a $300 carpet cleaning fee. We encourage all guests to leave their shoes at the entry way to keep the property as clean as possible. New luxury slippers are available for free and will be located in a basket next to the bench at the entryway.
