Looked like a ghost town. Nothing was open or functional. The only amenity that could possibly be used was the fitness center. They shouldn’t charge more than $75 per night until they get the place functional again.

The first time I stayed here, it was because I had booked somewhere else and it was NOT at all clean so I had to find a place last minute and this was the closest and within my budget. The room was clean and comfortable but could use a little updating. The bed was comfortable but my family did say that the pull out sofa bed left a lot to be desired. When I needed to stay in Cincinnati again, I chose to stay at this hotel again because I knew what it was like. I can't figure out if the owners recently purchased it and and working on renovating the conference center or if they are leaving it as is. The whole middle area is run down (empty pool, dying indoor plants, closed restaurant) but the rooms are well maintained and that's all I needed for a night stay. It's a quirky spot to stay and you have to be OK with the property not looking great. But I felt safe when I stayed there (there weren't too many people at all) and it was comfortable.

This place looks and was very spooky. The staff was very helpful in trying to accommodate me and provide me with the necessities that I needed. I needed a handicapped accessible room. There was none available. My room only had two queen size beds, and tv; there were no microwave or refrigerator in my room. There were no hot breakfast only cereal. The place looks like it is going to close for good. Very, very scary and spooky.

Will never stay here or encourage anyone else to stay at this facility, everything that it displays on the website is COMPLETELY OPPOSITE of the actual facility. No locking outside doors, our room door wouldn’t lock either, old and very outdated, cold and mildew smell. We literally checked right back out and into a better hotel.
