Nice stay! Clean, great communication. Close the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital (our reason for the stay). Loved walking in Eden park. House could use a bit more comfortable seating in the living room and a TV upstairs would be nice. Beds were comfortable. Super convenient, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

This rental has a really good location, close to all museums, nice parks and the Krohn's Observatory. The kitchen was stocked nicely and the blankets, sheets and towels were sufficient.

Great location close to downtown, quiet neighborhood

This was a great location for some downtown activities that we had planned, and getting around was easy enough. Beds were SUPER comfortable, and fit the 4 of us perfectly.

Reds/ Ark Adventure

Queen City Quarters was easy to find , very close to downtown, and accessible to anywhere we wanted to go. Very well kept, nice out door space. We are already planning to rent the same place next year for some Reds baseball and to explore Cincinnati!

Awesome Experience

Great place! Great location, close to so many things. Neighbor hood restaurant “Andy’s” offered yummy ethnic food. Eden Park Lookout offered a beautiful view. Back yard is fenced which was great for our dog. They even had a doggie bed ready for her!!!!

Phenomenal location, great house

Just outside OTR, this house is perfect for 2 couples traveling to Cinci for fun. Close to the river, close to OTR and downtown, clean, well-appointed, and quiet! Free parking and 2.5 baths were awesome. Great kitchen, living space, and bedrooms. Safe location. Very easy to communicate with the property manager. Check out Just Q’in (bbq), The Eagle ( fried chicken), Listermann (beer—really gooood beer) all nearby.

Sweet spot

Overall very pleased. Living room didn’t have enough light in it to play cards in the evening. Wished it had more towels in the bathroom. Very easy to get in/out of house. Only 1 parking space, other vehicle had to park on the street. Location was easy to get to.

I had assumed that the per night charge would indicate a somewhat luxurious property but this was not the case. I guess the location (close to Mt Adams) is the reason. The kitchen furniture is extremely uncomfortable and cannot comfortably seat 4 with plates etc. The living room is very sparsely furnished and the table is not suitable for games or card playing. We wanted to be close to Mt Adams for a wedding and there were not a lot of options. That said, the beds were comfortable, the owners were very responsive (coffee pot was missing and was promptly delivered) and the area, while a little sketchy, was very quiet. With some improvements in furnishings and rugs, this property would be more desirable but it's AOK for a few days.

Everything was perfect until day 2 when the a/c broke. It got so hot it was almost unbearable had to go outside to cool down and it was hot outside too

Meets expectations

The property was as advertised and photos are accurate. Great location to downtown and to highway access. We found the check-in and out instructions to be a bit confusing as what was listed in the email differed from the instructions we received via text. The entire unit could use more and better lighting. As well as a bit more seating in the living room as it's rather sparce and not the most comfortable. There is also a possum living under the back deck that needs to be addressed. It's rather active at night and constantly sets off the motion lighting. Overall the unit met our expectations for the price and what we needed for a week long stay.
