Great location. Great parking with/without a guest pass. Close to everything needed, including a grocery store, park, and downtown areas. Great Master Bedroom with a full bathroom attached. Plush towels. The best thing was the air conditioning during our 100-degree days. The leather sofa is sorely worn, but it accommodated a weekend stay. The host provided excellent instructions, except for the unexpected and nearly unanswered email mentioning housekeeping expectations the day before departure.

property was as advertised and was in a wonderful location. beds were very comfy! and hosts were responsive. the rooftop patio was amazing and we had it to ourselves whenever we went up there. neighborhood was awesome!!i will say some things weren’t as practical as i would have liked. the couch was very pretty but didn’t lock together- so it slid around with every sit- moving and bunching the rug underneath- which got very tricky. the second bedroom was incredibly small with no closet to use or luggage rack. we ended up having to slide suitcases under the bed, and tripped/stubbed toes on the bed corners. very limited towels and no soap in one bathroom. the kitchen was beautiful but was not stocked with much for cooking. not a problem for us, since we mostly ate out, but could be a problem for some. not a plunger to be had!! we had an issue with one of the toilets one night and had to hunt around in the building basement for a plunger! i do wish the unit had been cleaner for the price. smeared stuff on front windows, unvacuumed rugs, and trash between couch cushions. after paying 1600 for a weekend stay, i would have expected hotel level cleanliness. bummer. overall very nice stay
