“The primary property was very enjoyable & clean. The outside area was not so clean and it is only accessible via an outdoor walk-way/steps between the buildings. Fantastic location and the view from the sun room was tremendous!”

“Would love to give a 5 star but have to be honest in my review. The property at the time of my visit had a huge ant problem in both the bathroom and kitchen. I pointed this out directly on the “owners” feedback page but no response or acknowledgment. Other than that it’s a great convenient location. As per other reviews the walls are thin here so no matter how quiet people try to be upstairs you will hear everything. Just hope you and the other occupants are on the same schedule. ”

“The location was in a perfect spot and it was easy to get in and out of the neighborhood to go to all the places that we wanted to visit. The beds, pillows, and couches were very comfortable. We only had one significant complaint - it was unbearably hot upstairs. We couldn't get the thermostat downstairs under 80 degrees, and upstairs felt even hotter. I see comments from other reviews that we should understand "historic home" to mean that the temperature cannot really be controlled, which is……

“My wife and I stayed in Cincinnati for two Reds baseball games and this condo was in a perfect place to get there and also get around to other sites in downtown Cincinnati. The condo itself is beautiful and you can tell the owner did a lot of upgrades to make it a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was available and all amenities were great! We would definitely stay again.”

“Only problem was the front step going up to the porch. Very hazardous high step and on a slope, needs additional base step.”

“This place was a gem to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We took in some amazing restaurants OTR and day trips to museums. We brought our two small dogs and couldn’t be happier with our accommodations. The bed was very comfy with very soft sheets. Matt was a wonderful host and promptly responded to any correspondence. We were thankful to find this stately and special place which was close to all we wanted to explore. This is where we would stay again if we come back to Cincinnati. Thank……

“We had 9 people in our group but could have easily fit lots more. There is a big room where an entire group can gather and small spaces for people to spread out. Also nice large seating areas for eating. We had a great time!”

“My wife and I spent a few days in the area to take in some Reds games and see some other attractions in the area and this place was perfect for that! About 25 minute walk to GABP and only 10 minute walk to several great restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!”

Her home is fully equipped with everything a family needs - we were especially impressed by all of the things she had for kids! (Pack n play, toys, outside activities, games, etc.).
