"This place was a nightmare, would not recommend to anyone. All I can say if you like roaches, then this is your place. We had to leave and go book somewhere else. Never again."

"The check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room."

"The photographs in Hotels.com website of In Town Suites - Fairfield, room choices did not, in our experience, depict the room we rented. The carpet was filthy and stained from spilled liquids, sticky substances and caked dirt. Likewise, the vinyl flooring was spotted, dirt caked and sticky. The exhaust fan over the 2 electric cooking burners was caked with oily dust so badly we were afraid it would fall into our food if we used the burners. "Was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this location. Would absolutely come back again."

"Loved that each of our 3 kids could sleep in their own room. Perfect distance to all the places we wanted to visit including the zoo and museum center. We found helpful items like a baby gate for the steps and kids plastic dishes in the cabinets. Latoya reached out and was super helpful with food recommendations and clear communication."
