「We were very disappointed. We stayed for 2 nights which we could not fully enjoy due to numerous issues. First, the heating was not working when we arrived. It took 5 hours after contacting the host to get it working. The next day, we tried using the hot tub and it was very dirty and clearly hadn't been properly cleaned.
