“The house is simply beautiful and perfectly maintained, the garden and terraces are super nice and comfortables, breakfast was amazing and the service couldn’t be better. The location is excellent and parking was great.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the host, Geraldine! From the moment I arrived, her hospitality was unmatched.
Geraldine was an absolute lifesaver during a major train and bus strike in Rome. Due to disruptions, I had to check out of my previous place near Vatican City early and arrived by 10:00 AM. When I called her, she immediately came to the apartment, let me check in early, and provided a phone charger since mine……

“Very cozy room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is no fancy but essential and sufficient. Just one small thing: The room is equipped with stoves, with pot, cups and spoons, which is nice but surprisingly, no kettle! Luckily we can go to the canteen for hot water to make tea and coffee. The free parking venue is a plus. Supermarket is close by. Overall, I will recommend this place for someone come with car.”

“The studio was well maintained, secure, safe. The owners (Flavia and Lanfranco) are super nice people and picked us up at the airport when our flight was changed and late. You have use of a pool, a barbeque and there are multiple friendly cats. The refrigerator, micro, stove top, coffee maker all worked and helped us stay fed and prepare for the day. We walked to Antica archeological site. All good.”
