“The location and cleanliness of the hotel was good. Staff was horrible. Loud music playing from front desk at night, half of the staff rude and lacking any sense of friendliness, our hospitality. One of the staff overcharged my card $300, and instead of helping with the resolution, proceeded to laugh and advise there’s nothing they can do. ”

“The service is terrible. The front desk is rude and not helpful. hotel accepts private events which create loud sound until midnight. the hotel manager will ask you to check out if you complain about the noise. I will never book this hotel again.”

“New room, clean, washroom nice, a/c strong enough, wifi is great. Hotel location next to free way exit and gas station. 2mins drive to supermarket and restaurant. If you drive, you may try.”

“The room was dirty and you can tell nobody cleans. You couldn’t walk barefoot. They were stains behind the bed. We even had to ask the front desk for clean towels because you tell they were dirty. The staff was no surprise.”
