"The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating to our kids. Everything was clean and as it should be if a little outdated. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and garden were a real plus for the kids. Our waiter was especially wonderful at dinner and breakfast I wish i remembered his name. Great value for the price. "

"The property is as per the photos, but the layout was not as expected, with access via an insecure courtyard to a lowerlevel bedroom with small lounge and bathroom whist access to the two other bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and livingroom is up another flight of outside steps and through another door, so not what I (UK) would consider to be a 3 bed villa due to the separate nature of the spaces.The WiFi does not work in the lower level, nor is their mobile phone reception, so not ideal. The swimming pool is lovely, but as with the main property, not suitable for access with younger children, any one with any kind of mobilty issues due to the number of steps you need to climb to get there.Hosts were communacative, but often late at night, so not helpful if you have little ones / have gone to bed or are on the lower level as you won't get the message. Parking is about a 2min walk away, but its steep, so make sure you have water with you. The swimming pool is a further couple of mins up the hill, via a locked gate with barbed wire and up quite a few steps. I wanted to add video, but the site wont let me. I would not consider this accomodation suitable for anyone ither than adults. Please also note that the accomodatio is advertised is a 3 bed villa, but they will tell.you afyer booking that tou need to lay more for the third room, which is the one downstairs in the court yard. If you are from the UK, 3 beds should all be the other side of the same locked door"

"The facility had everything you would need for an extended stay including washing machine, toaster, pans and silverware, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, etc. There were plenty of rooms on a couple floors. The hardest part was getting checked in and finding the building while speaking English and being from out of country. If you speak Italian and have phone service in Italy, you should be fine. Otherwise, plan a little extra time to get checked in. You park outside the little medieval town and then walk inside the walls to get to your unit. It’s at the top of a mountain and very secluded with an amazing view! We loved our stay."
