「Not an awesome experience. I would say the room was a bit dated--bathroom/shower had some rust which wasn't great. The toilet was like a "smart toilet" bidet thing...which was a little odd. The two biggest issues were: The pull out bed was BRUTAL--even for our 5 and 3 year old. That kind of derailed our plan a bit--we should have just gotten a room with two queen beds. The pool had an issue and was closed--which is not totally their fault but it was a huge reason we stayed there with our two...

「Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke 」

「The hotel looks like it might be starting some remodeling. Maybe new windows. Carpeting really needs replaced. Very disappointed in the bathroom. We really wanted a bathtub but there was no plug. Room overall clean and bed comfortable. We really just wanted a bath and bed. Bed did not disappoint.」

「I do not recommend this property. I can handle “run down”, but this hotel was far worse than that. Bedding was gross and stained. Carpet felt nasty to your feet. Everything was dirty. We spoke with an agent from Expedia for a refund and packed our clothes and left. Expedia should not post a hotel in this condition on its website. The pictures were totally misleading.」

「Room looked fine but the ac didn’t work and the shower sprayed everywhere. Water was also extremely hot once you switched from cold to hot. Breakfast ends at 9:30 as well so you better be a earlier riser if you plan on getting the included breakfast」

「Everything was wonderful except that check in was 3:00 and we arrived at 5:00 and our room was not ready. The staff quickly made it possible to check in about 15-20 minutes later, however, after a long day’s journey, we were tired and wanted to relax in our room, not in the lobby.」

「Pros: staff was courteous, room charge was relatively inexpensive, and hotel was relatively clean overall. Cons: sink in room had a constant small stream of water, bathroom outlet didn’t work, one outlet by bed was loose so charger kept quit working until jiggled, breakfast room ran out of coffee cups at 7:00am, cracked picture in room, no towels or cleaning supplies in fitness room, lobby and breakfast room were hot, no microwave in breakfast room for the oatmeal.
