「This property was in the middle of town and very cute. It had everything we needed. Only caution: this is not small kid friendly (very steep stairs and rocks) and not ADA or for older people. But perfect for fit and mobile folks. The price was great value!」

「Lovely cottage with a homely feel. Kate provided lots of thoughtful extras and was really helpful. The location was perfect for us, we loved Cirencester and the surrounding villages. Lots of parking, WiFi was faster than mine at home. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Beautiful, comfortable space. Clean and modern amenities. Nice that we were provided with some things in the fridge upon arrival. Andrew was very helpful and is generally in the main house next door. Only concern might be for those of us seniors who didn’t realize the bathroom is down a flight of stairs which adds to the middle of the night journeys to the toilet.」

「We had a ladies friends weekend away in early Nov. Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Log burner was fab and ability to have extra check out time for a small fee was worth it. Having the added bonus of the spa pass made the weekend extra special. The owners are particularly excellent and quick to respond with any of our questions. All good - highly recommended. We intend to return.」

「We all were in agreement that the cottage was just delightful! Absolutely spotless (not even a glimmer of a cobweb in sight which is a real bonus in such an old building!), huge bedrooms, gorgeous bathrooms, communal areas were great. Kitchen in particular had such great amenities. Beautiful garden, quiet area. I could go on. We loved our stay and will 100% be back!」

「Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again.」
