The holiday / smartworking house with wifi has an independent entrance and is distant from the other accommodations. It is complete with equipped kitchen (5-burner stove, oven and microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, washing machine), living room, double bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom and, with independent entrance, second bedroom with large double bed. in two separable single beds, wardrobe and bathroom. This second bedroom is separated from the other by the private terrace and is accessible only from the outside. The apartment has an outdoor area in the shade, overlooking the garden of the Masseria, which can be used as a relaxation area or for lunch / dinner outside.

Masseria Poesia is located 4 km from Cisternino (BR), in a dominant position with a 360 ° view over the Itria valley and at a strategic distance between the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, between Alberobello and Ostuni. It has a large swimming pool 1.5 meters deep, obtained by digging into the terraces adjacent to the structure, once cultivated. The water is renewed every year. From here it is possible to enjoy, in complete relaxation, the splendid panorama offered by the valley. Small villages, UNESCO sites, cycle paths and adventure parks, craftsmanship, traditional flavors .... This and more represents the Itria valley.
The surrounding countryside (about 2 hectares) is owned and the entrance is closed by a gate. Here you will find an olive grove, but also a large area with aromatic herbs to flavor the dishes of your kitchen, carob plants, pomegranate, strawberry tree, apricot, almond, mulberry, fig, walnut, persimmon, chestnut, flowers, plants and scents of the scrub Mediterranean.
