"Overall the hotel was a great choice. The location was convenient to Broadway and other tourist attractions and the valet service was a great experience. The location was also easy for uber services to pick up and drop off. Unfortunately, we were not impressed with the rooftop restaurant. The bartender, Matt, was incredible but we had to send our food back. Our burgers were sausage patties and our salads consisted of a bowl of wilted bagged lettuce. The next day we brought our own food to the rooftop to enjoy the weather and view only to be kicked out for not eating from the hotel menu. It’s a shame we couldn’t enjoy the prettiest part of the hotel. "

"Dirty and the carpet in the room smelled really bad I asked for an iron since there wasn’t one In the room at 7:45am they never came I went to my business meeting wrinkled even after calling twice my son called again at 3:09pm so we could go to dinner it finally arrived at 4:00pm "

"We’ve never stayed here before this trip. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was large and was beautifully decorated. The amenities were great. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating of our needs. Definitely will stay here again!"

"I stayed a Friday and Saturday night. The room was clean and comfortable but the noise from outside was difficult for me. I recommend bringing ear plugs for people who are noise sensitive. The hotel is near a busy highway as well as train tracks that are still in operation. That isn't a dig at the hotel, just a fact. Also, for those who wonder, the parking in the adjacent garage is $40/night. Wish someone had told me that when I called to inquire about parking. Other than the noise, I had a great experience. "
