"Best Classy Manager!! Amazing location "

"Noise proofing needs to be addressed. Sadly both nights majorly disturbed, we called reception to let them know, first night they called the guest next door and it stopped. Second night it was the guest and the water heater in the room. We had earplugs but you can hear the banging through the bed frame. How we wish they could have just moved us to another room just to get some sleep. Instead we were offered a free breakfast in the morning which we politely declined, please sort out your sound proofing as this sincerely impacted our holiday, sleep deprived and just not at all good when driving "

"The room was clean and modern, and as a solo traveller, I loved that they had single rooms. Everything I needed, perfect. "

"We were looked after by the lovely Martina, who allowed us to check in early to drop off our bags and very kindly upgraded our room to have a balcony! The rooms and amenities were perfect, we were sad we were only staying overnight! It’s in the perfectly location right in the heart of the Verona, everything we needed was a 5-20 minute walk away depending which side of the river were we’re going to. We would absolutely recommend to anyone."

"A great place to stay, central but quiet. Always exceptionally clean with well appointed suites. Always our first choice to stay when coming to a Verona. "

"Great location, and amazing view (our room faced the river). Quick and courteous response to questions from "remote" service staff. Room and bath are quite large, however needing a little renovation. Dropping luggage, picking up key, the garage opener, and reaching the particulars of the parking garage instructions can be challenging when staff is not available (our case). Many restaurants nearby, which is useful since the unit does not offer breakfast. Overall, a great value"

"Very clean and modern accommodation, the location was fantastic as well with the piazza being only a matter of a couple minutes walk away and 15-20 minutes from Porto Nuova train station. Staff were fantastic and check in process was made simple with the instructions they sent over on WhatsApp. Definitely recommend for your next trip to Verona! "
