"Our host Maurizio, added quite a few extra layers of enjoyment to our stay. A brilliant host who went above and beyond to make our holiday truely memorable! We have invited him to come stay with us when he visits Australia. As for the farm house it’s self, an amazing experience to live like a true Italian. "Perfect location for day trips covering so many of the hilltop towns. Perfect accommodation for a group of 12 friends as each bedroom has it’s own bathroom.Perfect Villa for relaxing at home coffee every morning, lying by the pool and dinner watching the incredible sunsets.Perfect hosts. "We had a wonderful time at Villa Nova. The grounds were wonderful with a pool and a barbecue, many flowers and fresh herbs if you wish to cook. Giuseppe is a fabulous host and extremely helpful. He has a Villa Nuba gold card which gets you discounts at restaurants, tours, shopping and other things. All of the restaurants he recommended were fabulous. If you plan on going to Perugia I would 100% recommend staying at Villa Nuba!"

"Very good hotel - restaurant provides good cuisine at reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet outstanding quality. Only ‘complaint’ was lack of walk in shower. Bath with hand held shower difficult to navigate as panels too high and no grab rail. However pluses far outweigh the negatives. For those - like us - using Perugia as base to c For independent travellers HGWeJA is very accessible by public transport. It is about 1km from the main rail station. You can get buses (B,C)to and from the bus station which stop very near the hotel. The TS circular bus (Mon- Sat) will take you into the historical town in less than ten minutes and return you in under 15 minutes. Recommend Umbria50 7 day card for €45 - "

"We chose this hotel because it was on the outskirts of Perugia and it had a carpark. It is a lovely comfortable modern hotel. The room was spotless when I moved in, but the bins weren't always emptied completely. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. We tried the restaurant for dinner: it is Italian/Japanese fusion. Some dishes were lovely (the aubergine starter); but some were disappointing (my fish was overcooked); the others were also not enamoured....there are plenty of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood!!"
