The Taj never disappoints! The staff at this Capetown location is superb! Some of the nicest and most genuine people I have met in Africa. The location is perfect if you need to be in the center of town and the gym/sauna/pool are open 24/7.

The hotel is very modern. The room was very clean, but small. No desk/chair for using laptop. Only one luggage rack and no counters for other luggage. Bathroom was super small. Not well designed with a pedestal sink. No place to put toiletries and no bathtub. Shower was nice, but didn’t like only ...
