「Good more than expect!」

「Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. 」

「Staff was amazing, very considerate. I was placed in room 108, and I’m thankful for how easy it was to navigate and load my belongings from the car to the room. The room was very clean, 2 things to point out, was a quarter sized stain on the blanket & the entrance/parking lot was not plowed at all. Pillows were very comfy, bathroom was clean. 「I booked the stay from Friday-Sunday and we were in a severe weather warning so for my safety I chose to cancel the booking from Saturday-Sunday to avoid travel issues. I was told by Expedia that they would contact the hotel for a refund waiver and was told the hotel denied it. It doesn’t make sense as to why they would deny me a refund when I didn’t stay the extra night. Just seems like they enjoy stealing peoples money and I would never stay here again for that reason. 」

The staff also kicked me out after an unwanted guest came knocking on my door and made a huge scene after they had called and asked me if I knew her and I told them I did but I never told her to come and that I asked her to leave.
