The sink and washing washing machine had mould all over and this makes one doubt the cleanliness of the towels and and beddings washed in it. Considering the size of the property, 15 units of electricity was not enough for 3 nights yet there was 9 of us in the property. Wifi was selective on some phones. Water dispenser was not replenished. You need to consider the size of the family before rationing...

Water was said to be provided, and on the first day it was, however on the second day we were told that water was only provided for the first day. 「Booked and paid through expedia, made 6 calls to the host without a response while waiting outside the apartments..An hour later, the host called me to say the apartment is not managed by themselves and that I should contact Expedia for a refund...Taken me a few days for my money to be returned. Expedia should ban such hosts that are fraudulent ...This is typical behaviour of hosts in Mombasa who are ruining the tourism industry in the area..」
