「No instructions for keys to cottage stove was smashed and a camp hotplate was our only cooking element air con was turned off on the unit which was very high on wall and was exceptionally hard to turn off fireplace was boarded up And that was one of the main attractions to the house. Only 4 chairs at a 6 seater table and one had a broken leg show in onsite wouldn’t stay up I had to hold it while’s trying to shower. 「We absolutely loved everything about this stay! The location is excellent supermarket just around the corner, park within walking distance, good neighbourhood no complaints at all, just pure gratitude. One standout for me (which I’ve never found in any of my previous bookings through A*****) was the bidet sprayer in the toilet. 「It’s a nice quiet neighbourhood. The house is huge that it actually have a big and small living rooms. It has well equipped bathroom, laundry and kitchen. There is only one thing that I hope to improve is the gas heater to be replaced with electric heater with heating fluid. I’m an overseas tourist that don’t know how to operate the gas heater in the small living room and also concern of catching fire. Hahaha. Otherwise, everything else is great and my family and I have a great stay :)」

There is a small set of stairs which isn’t noted in the listing that was semi problematic for my older Mum but other than that, the house was perfect. "This hotel is absolutely filthy! As soon as we checked into our room, we were greeted by a cockroach in the kitchen. I tried to kill it, but it scurried away faster than I could react. Then, to our horror, another cockroach made an appearance when we opened the wardrobe. Honestly, from the moment I stepped into the room, I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn’t wait for my two-night stay to be over. The following day, when we returned to the room, another cockroach was waiting for us behind the front door, as if to "welcome" us back. On top of the pest problem, the hotel’s internet connection was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to get anything done. Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all cost !"
